What is the lead time for custom wallpaper orders?
Since each roll is printed to order to ensure color consistency, please allow 7-10 business days for production before your order ships.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full roll?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering an 8x10 inch sample to test the colors and texture against your room's lighting before placing a final order.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-cut wallpapers and murals are final sale.
How do I calculate how much wallpaper I need?
Measure the width and height of your walls in feet and multiply them for total square footage. We recommend adding 15% extra for pattern matching and trimming.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Absolutely. We use FSC-certified papers and water-based, non-toxic inks that are safe for nurseries, bedrooms, and high-traffic living areas.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Painted Paper ships worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
