Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are completely covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
